Dockrillia wasselli - something was seriously damaging my spikes right from the time they started to poke on this one, was afraid I won't even see the blooms this year - not sure if some bug or heat. But at the end, at least few spikes somehow produce blooms. Love this one :-)

Many thanks Bud, so far this is the only Dockrillia that ever blooms for me, the others are just ok growing :-) Blooms every year August/September :-)

I looked it up in OrchidWiz and it seems that RHS now calls this Dendrobium wasselli!

cbuchman - FYI - it's not a mini...not really. Mine has overgrown a 6" vanda basket and I think there is nearly as much plant outside the basket as there is inside the basket. Just thought you should know if you get it that it will need some elbow room. It's not tall but it does like to spread out.
