Dendrobium Proud Appeal 'Ace' Male
Default Dendrobium Proud Appeal 'Ace'

A few shots of my Dendrobium Proud Appeal 'Ace', this is it's second time blooming for me. Only one spike now in bloom with three flowers, versus three spikes last time around in Spring 2014. But I see three new canes with new spikes forming, and there is another spike growing from one of the canes that bloomed last Spring, so I think I will be seeing more flowers in a couple of more months, just as these are fading. It will be exciting to see this plant re-blooming from old canes, which it is known to do.

Interesting flowers; they sort of remind me of sweet peas.

Flowers might be even nicer next time.

I do like the pink tones although the colour is a bit 'messy' if I can use that phrasing. Lovely plant, thanks for sharing.
