Dendrobium subuliferum - help

I have Den. subuliferum for 3 years, and i can`t bloom this one. In summer day temp. 80-86°F night 73-77, in winter 73-77 / 55-59. In summer outside in shady place, in winter in terrarium near east balcony door. In summer i fertilize about once a week. What am I doing wrong ?

I just noticed mine is budding up. Marni Turkel noticed a big difference when she put them on a heat mat, but your temperature seem like they are warm enough to not warrant that.

I was trying to grow it like I grow my cuthbersonii, that was a mistake. The leaves lost their gloss and never really grew or bloomed. Hopefully yours is about to bloom as well, best of luck.
