Dendrobium wassellii
This is a fairly easy grower that can be made into a specimen plant with numerous blooms. The plant has stubby terete leaves. The flowers will last for a couple of weeks.

The flowers sure look like they are fragrant but they are not.

I have my wassellii's growing both ways--potted and mounted. They do well either way. The roots like a lot of aeration. If potted, the rhizomes like to crawl out of the pot.
