Here's the first bloom to open on my Dendrobium 'Green Lantern' just beginning to expand and rotate. This plant is about three years old, with what looks to be about six blossoms this go round, two on each of three spikes. There is more green in these flowers at first than what most images show on the web.
Thanks for responding, Rosie. Yep, treat Green Lantern like a Formosae (formerly Nigrohirsutae) type. This one is evergreen, and the little black hairs on the stems are abundant. Likes a drop in nighttime temperatures to around 55 to 60ºF for best blooming response.
