Dendrobium unicum
1st bloom
Working on its 3rd cane (pseudobulb)
Flower is on mature cane, one is just hanging on to its last leaf & some buds are swelling just beneath the surface while a new cane is just getting started.

Yea, so the flowers are about 2" long & the longest cane is roughly 9" long, however this is still a fairly young plant & I expect the canes to lengthen at least some as the plant matures.
