Default schizophrenic dendrobrium?

My Den.Salaya Candy has 5 canes two of which have random green bumps and at the base show lots of aerial roots, another cane has what I guess are keikis rooting, another cane has a bloom spike and another cane has leaves and is about to bloom!...Question...What do I do with the keikis?

Wait until the roots are 3 or 4 inches long, then carefully detach them from the mother plant and pot.

What type of den is this? My Den Nobile type is growing babies left and right thus far 2 of them. They are doing great definitely agree with the top post. Also be care when spraying their roots for moisture so that they don't get rot.

Its a dendrobium 'phal' hybrid, kindrag23. Follow what randomgemini said. That dendrobium doesn't look like its thriving like it supposed to. Does it have any canes with leaves (more than one?)?

Orchids that only have canes without leaves usually keiki and try to bloom to save their species. I learned a hard lesson with my dendrobium phal hybrid that most of it died off before I saved it.

Yeah, I'm not sure that Den looks very happy. If it's a Phal type it aught to have more leaves than that. A couple of mine looked like that last year (including a couple of keikis) and unfortunately neither the parent or the keikis are alive now
