Orchid Wiz also said it can be re-potted any time there is new root growth. It sounds like not too fussy of a plant. It did mention that it won't bloom in temperate climates like Singapore, indicating it seems to need a slightly cooler and drier winter to initiate bloom. Hope that helps.
