Den spectabile bloom
has finally opened, and boy does my grow area smell soooo sweet  . The plant has about 6 spikes, 4 in bloom and the other 2 are holding back. |

I just bought one of these a month or 2 ago. Mine has a lot of growing to do, I hope one day it looks as good as yours.

Awesome! I have a seedling, tallest growth maybe 8" with 3 leaves. It's got a few years to go. I hope it turns out as nice as yours!

Thank you OW. The fragrance is like a sweet perfume (very pleasant, cannot get enough of the scent). I have had this plant since late 90s early 2000. Almost killed it, but somehow it bounced back. I have it planted in medium bark mixed with charcoal and perlite; I let it dry before I water (rain water); fertilize when I remember.
