There are some sellers from Ebay right now....Nia from New Jersey is selling a mature plant for less than $30 plus shipping+ also Sherman has a budded plant also less than $30 plus shipping, Kawamoto orchids has an alba for less than $30 mature blooming sized =there is a large specimen of 8 or more long large budded canes from a Florida seller but a bit pricy about $100. Just go to Ebay and search for anosmum and you will find them there....

If I remember correctly, the variety called Huttonii is not fragrant. Its too bad because that is the most attractive looking variety of this species!

Hi Steve. I wish I could take credit for the anosmums shown in this thread. I'm just the photographer. These plants are all grown by Calvin Kumano of Pearl City. He is one of the best backyard orchid growers on the island and a leading hybridizer of anosmums. Calvin remade Den. Neifert's Super Quest by crossing a Den. Neifert's Quest with Den. anosmum 'Huttonii'. This is the result.

Here are more Den. anosmums from Calvin Kumano's collection. The alba varieties in the bottom photo are select whites that are very large with good shape. They are almost double the size of the standard white anosmums.

Thanks. I will check e bay listings. Never e bayed before because so many horror stories I read. Of course there are some good ones too but I have hard time to figure out good ones. $100 is out of question for sure. I noticed some Florida sellers are really expensive. They may justify their prices but still makes no sense to me.
Getting back on track....
I have seen huttonii on e bay and I think kawamoto(I understand he has great e bay reputation).
Shipping from Hawaii is expensive, but I will buy from there if I have to.
Anyone knows which one of alba form with blue throat/lips is more fragrant?

Mine just finished blooming with about 1/4 as many blossoms. It was nice to walk out the front door and inhale the delightful fragrance. Yours is beautiful Hawaiian Sunshinel
