I don't grow it...but I think I need to! LOVE terete foliage!

Looks like it'll have a pendant growth habit so I would mount it.

eBay, eh?

Katrina, cschaz is a man. His auctions are always short lived. Another source for this plant is Kawamoto Orchids. They had a BIN plant, I was going to buy it from them, but then cschaz put this plant rp for auction...$5.00 cheaper and free shipping--not an advantage as Kawamoto also provides free shipping.

Thanks for confirming a good candidate for mounting.

I appreciate the info, Matt...unfortunately, it looks like I missed out. No one has it listed.

My guess is the orchid gods are at work here...they know I'm suppose to be working on culling the herd rather than adding more new ones. Especially since I just did an order w/Miranda Orchids last week.

[still...I'll be watching for it]

Matt, sorry for the late reply, been super busy lately. Re Dockrilla. I would absolutely mount it too. Acquired a few more dens on my last visit to the supplier Linguiforme (Western Australia), and
Malleola sp Sabah. Will share some pics over the weekend.

Thanks debrasoon...I can appreciate how busy people get with other concerns besides orchids! Hope you are well, can't wait to see what you got!

Here are a few blooming small dens.

The super small one is the eliotianum. Whilst the white one with the frilly lip is a new acquisition called Den Delacourii

Here are a few of the dens in my collection which have either interesting foliage or blooms and somewhat small in stature.
Dens. equitans, tranuanii, pseudolamellarum and dichaeoides provide some nice interest when not in bloom and when in flower.

Here are a few dens in my collection which either have interesting foliage or blooms. Plus they don't get overly huge so can fit into most collections. Dens equitans, tranuanii, pseudolamellarum and dichaeoides.

Lovely little guys! I've recently (1 yr ago) started with 3 sm. dens but please tell me your culture for trantuanii. A pale pink, waxy bloom and dark lip is too appealing to pass up.
