New Dendrobium normanbyense

I got a new dendrobium from the orchid show. Its Dendrobium normanbyense. It has 1 backbulb and 7 growths with leaves.

It seems to be potted in charcoal, perlite, and orchiata.

What culture does this plant like?

Dendrobium normanbyense, which was until recently known as atroviolaceum var. pygmy but has been upgraded to species status.
Coordinate with ‘The Mutant’ a fellow member who is from Sweden....also growing this and you both can compare cultures.

Its got buds....I am excited for you. Post pictures when they open its blooms.

Moderately bright light, lightly moist potting media, intermediate - warm temps.
