Dendrobium senile finally blooms !!!
Hello everybody !!!
So after failed attempts at growing this plant it seems that I finally got it right !!! I've had this particular one for 3 years now. Last year it set buds but they blasted but this year lo and behold I got blooms !!!

Thank you all for your replies !!! The only thing that I can think of that I did differently is give it more light. Other than that everything else was pretty much the same.

Those are fantastic. I really like those fuzzy pseudobulbs, and they offset the lemon-yellow blooms quite nicely.

Fantastic!!! I got one just a few months ago. I had to have it. I think the senile is irresistable in all its' fluffy weirdness.
Well grown!
So they flower from old, leafless canes...? Good to know.

They were actually leafed until about 2 months ago. Then they went leafless and now they bloomed. Comes another 2 months or so I should be starting to see at least 2 or 3 new growths.
