Lovely flower....I love the color and form....my plant did not bloom this year maybe it is sulking from being repotted

Yes Pheli, this species is in fact endemic (but quite common) to a small area of Central Thailand.

Bud, giving a light watering rest in winter might help.

Ctb, no usually the plants are covered with flowers. This time, it is a keiki who is curiously blooming.
Here is a photo of a bloom of the type species (without the 2 maroon blotches) :
