Dendrobium treatement during winter

Hey,

Here's my list of dendrobiums I have some comments/questions about.


Dendrobium hancockii
Dropped most of it's leaves. Time to stop watering ?

Dendrobium tortile
Bought it a few weeks ago at an orchid show. How brutal should it's winter rest be ?

My understanding is you water them just enough to keep them alive over the winter or about once every 7/10 days, I'm sure some one else can help you more, this is the first time I've tried growing dens, so I'm going by what the seller told me.
