Hey,

I can't seem to figure out why the tips of my ino are getting soft.
Seems like it is growing just fine, and I am sure they are not burning up from the T5's.

Ideas on how to proceed?

I don't have firsthand experience with this species, but hopefully someone who does will offer some helpful advice to you. Are you able to post a photograph of the leaf and/or plant?

The pics aren't great but it looks to me like you might have some severe spider mite damage going on there.

Can you get some better shots?

Wow I would vote on some kind of mite damage as well This looks like a more severe form of my gardenia/hibiscus infestation this past winter

Sorry you plant is not doing so good, hope you will somehow figure out what is the problem (I have no clue), BUT thank you for showing me this gorgeous orchid, again new item on my MUST HAVE list, amazing! Hope you will save it!!!!

When I had them I never saw webbing but I would do the tapping w a piece of paper underneath and find the little buggers!

I am very happy I have never had problems with bugs, except ants, which I do not fight anymore because it is lost fight when growing outside at the balcony, however this mites scares me, what do you do when you have them? and do they live on the leaves of the plants or in the pot itself? I hope never have them! how big they really are?
