Thank you for the wonderful pictures. I don't get to see orchids in their natural habitat very often.
In my garden, the air feels like an oven!

I assume that your orchids remain outdoors year-round.
What are your min and max temperatures ? Do you fertilise them at all ?

When I went to Taiwan last november I saw many of these drooping cane Dendrobiums in the gardens, but not in flower. Now I know how beautiful they are when they come into bloom! Simply gorgeous.
I think Taiwan has the perfect climate for these. Hot humid summer and a cool sunny winter.

Exactly, outdoors year-round!
Yes, I do fertilize them by spraying or attach some small bagpacked-fertilizer to the boards, but not often
Averagely, 8 - 20 deg C in winter, 25 - 34 deg C in summer~

Wow, how nice to meet someone who had visited this island already!
You are so right, Andrew, this island is so perfect for all sorts of orchid. Orchid cultivation is very well developed, so we can buy the plant with very very low price here.

The rest of us are struggling to meet the requirements needed to grow orchids and yours thrive in the garden ... that's so unfair

This is one of the few I know in English
Super Bum
All these need water cut in late autumn to strip off all the leaves, this will induce the the buds~

I think the last two pictures are Dendrobium pierardii.
I have this orchid and I also grow this in my garden here in southern california.
Our climate is a little colder and drying than Taiwan, so all it needs is watering and protection if the winter nights are too cold. (Sometimes 3-4 c or 40s F)
Here is a picture of mine in flower in May. Not as big and beautiful as yours though
