If you check both websites, you'll see that they're not growers but sellers. Nurseries in Holland import plants from growers in Taiwan, Japan, etc and then sell them to nurseries in Europe. Basically, Holland acts as the gateway to Europe for asian orchids.
The problem is that Dutch nurseries put their own tags on the plants (e.g. dancing flora), so you need to make some research to find the original grower and name of the plant.
That's why I'm sure our plants are exactly the same.

Sonya has already given you great info regarding the name and the care tips.

Since these are my favorite types of orchids, I would like to join the talk.

This is not truly phal type to be exact because given the shape of the flowers and the leaves, it has some spatulata blood in it.

So the general culture tip is helpful but manby of these hybrids vary in their needs.

Keep them warm year around and watch their growing & flowering pattern to really know how to take good care of your plant.

Water well and best to keep it moist (not wet) especially when they are in active growth. If in doubt, keep it on the dry side between watering but not bone dry.

When not in active growth, you can keep this plant on the quite dry side but not too dry.

Phal type dendrobiums have distinct growing and flowering season while spatulata types do not. Spatulata types grow and bloom all the time but need high light, warmth and good watering to do so.

So hybrids of the two can be quite crazy although most are easy to care for.
That is why you need to give a year or two to find out about your plants pattern and needs.

The sproutings toward the top of the canes are mostly likely spikes but could end up being keikis.
Time will tell.

I have a few different color forms but "blue" is my favorite and they are not that common here.
I would love to get a division from yours in the future.
Please take good care of it.

Best Luck!
