Default Dendrobium aggregatum var. majus 'fields'

Oh My Goodness!!! I have almost killed mine several times. It hates sun! So, its grown well, then I don't watch it and it gets sun, it dies and comes back. It's finally in a window where it only gets bright light. I am embarrassed to say after having it 2 years this is all it is? Are these prolific growers or do they take a long time to grow?

Hello I believe that the problem is not the sun, is a plant of very high light, does not like to have their roots always wet, like many of it dendrobium section is necessary to alternate roots dry to wet roots.
The pseudobulbs are small, but if cultivated well grows quickly.

Its in very high light and it dries out between waterings for sure, and I have to water it twice a week. What do you mean by "cultivated"?

OMG! This is why I looooooove these kinds of dendrobiums. It looks SO stunning. I want a specimen plant like this. Oh, I'd just love to have one hanging from the greenhouse ceiling. Problem is, my little aggregatum is never ever going to reach this size in my lifetime... Not with being the victim of my trials and errors
