I saw a bunch of these in Hawaii, but didn't get any. It was $10 too! what was I thinking? lol

Yes common but almost impossible to flower here in Southern California. The nights are just too cool for these.
I had to put one in a mini greenhouse and put a radiator in it to warm the temps at night. Happy to say finally spiking. Will post pics when the flowers open.
The color in this Den is very rich and very velvety. I like!

Is this fragrant? I've noticed a very slight fragrance on mine if I stick my nose in it.
