Dendrobium Warawan going into 7th month
This plant started to open its buds in September last year. Not a single flowers has faded yet.
The year before, it stayed in bloom for about six months and I thought that was very long.

I bought two plants and they are potted together in a 8in terracotta pot.
They grow and flower well, stay in bloom for a long time, even fragrant!
One thing is though, they only make one spike per cane unlike my other dendrobiums that make a few and even from old canes. not this one.
but I guess its other qualities make up for that.
They are starting new canes at the moment while still in bloom. Last year, they rested for about three months after flowers finished, then grew new canes.

Message me if you ever get some keikis or backbulbs! I'll trade you for an antelope I have a division of. I collect and have a wide variety of antelopes. Thanks!

I will keep you informed.
Do you collect species or hybrids or both?
I find many of antelope varieties very attractive, but some get just so big. I dumped one the other day. I should have kept and sent it off to you. It was a large blue flowered one with slight twist one petals. quite fragrant. I tried to find new home locally, but no one seems to be interested so I had to get rid of it to make some room for my other stuff.

I love that there is a little colour on the backs of the petals. It's very pretty. Maybe I need to get one of these!
