Blooms reliably, but sparse blooming this year - Just the one spike with three blooms (there was a fourth bud, but blasted). I don't know if the lack of sun we had in autumn (seemed endlessly overcast), or the repot late last summer contributed to the sparse blooming There are a couple other small nubs, but they don't look like they've grown at all in months

Blooms are a little over 3" across and last 3 months or longer, no fragrance. Height of plant from media surface is about 21". It is growing in a mix of perlite and pumice, bright west facing window. Likes to remain evenly moist year round.

Those are gorgeous flowers....the colors are delicious....the form is quite interesting winglike petals and striped inner lip

I got this at the first orchid show I ever went to - a small local OS show - went in the afternoon on the last day, so there weren't tons of plants left for sale - but there was this ONE! At the time, I was intimidated by Dens in general, and hadn't a clue about the latourias, but I grabbed it just the same!
