Ron, is something that the average hobbyist can grow? I really like it, but need to make sure I won't kill it!

If you can grow Dendrobium cuthbertsonii you can grow this, in fact, I think it's a bit easier than that species. It prefers cool temps and good humidity and is a bit more tolerant under high light. If it's happy it thrives, if it isn't it quickly goes down hill.

If you can grow Masdevallias you can probably grow this, too, though it needs better light than the Masdevallias.

I'm a dismal failure as Masdevallias, I'm afraid. We have very warm summers so keeping cool temps is problematic, but maybe if I kept it indoors..... hmmmm. OK it's on my list to try.
