Default Den Atroviolaceum yellowing leaf, need advice

Hello! I recently purchased a den atroviolaceum Pygmy x H&R. It has 3 blooming spikes and 2 more growing. It's in bark, and I've been watering it about once per week. It gets about one to two hours of direct light early in the morning and then bright indirect for the rest of the day.

I've been keeping a close eye on it and tonight I noticed one of the leafs on a newer cane has turned bright yellow.

Am I doing something's wrong? Please see attached picture for reference.

Looks like normal aging. As long as it isn't on the newest growth I wouldn't be too concerned. Possibly it is a little stressed because of the number of flowers it is trying to support on such small plant.

Check the roots anyway... should be ok as they like a fair bit of water. Check for pests too... mealy bug or mites.

So far I haven't found any evidence of bugs, no white fluff or evident of leaf damage. I would say this would be the second newest leaf, (there is a smaller cane with another leaf and then 2 more new canes with no leafs yet.) the leaves on the older canes look nice and healthy. What struck me as weird about this yellowing leaf is that it doesn't look mottled or damaged in any way, it just turned bright yellow overnight.

The tips of some of the roots are starting to creep over the edge of the pot. I've dug up a little of the bark and it looks like the roots I have found so far are ok, but I'm new at this so maybe I'm not the best judge.

Agree with Aussie. It looks like normal aging.
