Well, I was in the process of losing some plants to make room and this one had to go.
On the new cane that looked really nice and healthy, the spike only produced 8 flowers as compared to 26 flowers in the previous season.
I made that an excuse to put that plant on a to go list. didn't trash it, gave away.

By the way, it was very tough in the sun. All my dens got a little sun burned in the south window and Thani Blue was the only den that didn't get burned at all.
Not even a reddish tint on the canes or leaves, which was surprising for a dark blue/purple flowering dend.
