Dendrobium compactum
The species is used to creat a lot of phal-type dendrobiums and its self is also a beauty. I love its color and compact size.

I don't seem to find hybrids of this one much anymore. A number of years back many of the big box stores used to carry them. In fact they were among my first orchids during my 'addictions' early stages.
