Right, no winter rest. Growing cool and moist during winter, less water will be required than during warm weather. But if humidity is low, maybe not so much. (Mine stays outside, so cool to cold, and moister air in winter) I believe they like to get some bright light in winter as well - tho mine is quite shaded in winter and does bloom, but not well. Hopefully I can find a sunnier spot for it this winter and see how that goes. I grow mine potted and outdoors. It doesn't seem to mind the very warm to hot dry summer days we have here as long as potting media is moist (and night temps are always much cooler along with higher humidity)
