Yes it is a phalaenopsis hybrid. The original tag, now long deteriorated, named it Den. Burana Stripe but who knows.

Some years we get down to the freezing point but normal is in the mid 30's.
In a bad winter we get down to the 20's.
When the dens were outside all winter I did cover the bushes where they were growing and watered but never suplimented with any heat.

thank you lost. I have a hard time with Phal-type dens because of our cool winter temps (mainly 50s and 60s). To grow them successfully here, we need to put them indoors by a sunny window in the winter months.
My nobiles however grow like weeds.

It sure does look like Burana Stripe, although the ones I've seen had more round fuller shape. Variation is very possible, right?

I think the name might have been used more generically back 15 or 16 years ago much like you see today in some of the big box stores.
