Good lord, what's the rush?

Seems like it would be a bad thing for flowers to only be open for such a short time. . .they're gonna miss all the good pollinators. lol

They're lovely!

Default Dove in a basket !

Here this orchid is called a Dove Orchid , suppose crumenatum is a bit of a mouthfull .
This is a pic I took a few days ago of Brians clump growing in a basket fern . This grew on the base of a large tree fern that has since died . There are many other orchids growing here . Den fimbriatum
various vandas and a spider orchid Arachnis something . A Hoya twines around these to keep them from falling over .

Talking last for a day

We got 12 hours day light in our climate .
There fore these flowers can last for whole a day.
These days we got heavy rain fall and a temperature drop
for a week .This is a wonderful time for these orchids again they are blooming here.
I got seven buds .

That's nice, Thakshila! Here in Brazil you have to be near the plant all the time when it is in bud otherwise you miss the flowers!

I'm looking for info on winter temps for the crumenatum. It's getting down into the 40's now, do I need to bring it inside ?
