I am a windowsill grower so this plant is ideal for me: I have two species; Ceratostylis rubra and Ceratostylis subulata
These are small sized compact warm to hot growing free flowering in almost all seasons but short-lived flowers that comes from southeast Asia best mounted.
I got this from Kawamoto orchids a couple of years ago
Okay, so is that your east window?
Or south window?
I think I like the idea of having this in with my windowsill plants.
I just want to make sure I give it everything correctly. It will be mounted very soon. I wanted it to rest a little bit after traveling all the way from Hawaii. Mine came from the Carmella people.
I see you are in Manhattan, so I think your zone is similar to mine.
it stays hanging on the east facing window of the bathroom that gets steamy with my morning and evening shower....on sundays it get soaked for 30 min in Algoflash fertilizer alternated with seaweed mix and worm tea mix.
