dendrobium anttenatum

i just bought a den. anttenatum from bunnings and was wondering if anyone has this or any tips on blooming it.
the plant is a small one about 5cm long and very healthy with lots of new growths and roots.

I would love to hear someone's tips also. I killed my seedling this spring, after having it for about a year. It pretended it liked me, and sprouted ton of new growth... it all turned brown within one month and died. So I can also appreciate any advice.

I've grown and bloomed one outside for several years now- seems happy here. I give it no special care (lots of neglect often), but it does get a lot of sun- partial light shade only at midday- and a winter hardening period. Sorry it's not really advice, but maybe looking at my conditions can help.

how big does it have to get before it blooms???

I have one about 16" and it has been blooming since march. I haven't really seen any large ones. maybe 24-36" at the most.
