Dendrobium Genting Fragrance back to life!

This plant is really tough. The little swelling in the picture is actually coming off developing eye (or growth) that was rotted because it was buried too deep in the media. then another dormant eye next to it sprouted last month but then I accidently cut it off while trimming off all the dead roots. I was like, noooooooo!!!!!!!

then there were a few more dormant eyes above these damaged ones, so I just let it sit.
Then one day, one of the old damaged eye decided to give it another try!
