News update! The flower has gone beserk!! It sends spikes and leaves etc! Guess it found its spot! Will be posting photos soon!

It looks like its growing well. The new growths in the first two pics look like the top leaves are a little crinkly or have some pleats in them. That can mean it needs more water. It looks like you have another cane starting to grow too. When they are growing a lot like your plant is you need to water well and feed regularly. The plant is putting a lot of energy into those new growths. Hopefully when the canes mature they will bloom for you!

Hello, I'm glad to find someone in this forum who speaks my language!
Since we have similar growing conditions, I'll tell you what I do with my dens. I grow them outside (not in the sun though) and now that the weather is hot I water them a lot, every 1-2 days. They grow like weeds, much easier than Phals!

Σκέφτομαι να ξεκινήσω και με dendrobium γιατι έχω 15 φαλς που έχουν μπει σε σειρα οπότε καιρός για αλλαγή!

Indeed they love bright and hot! Imagine Queensland Australia by the beach, that's their native habitat.
