Dendrobiums are very diverse group with thousands of different kinds belonging to the group.
I am not familiar with your plant.
All mines are either nobile hybrid or the typical hard cane types (mostly biggibum and spatulata hybrids).

Question den nobile spiking

I have a den nobile and it has roots coming out of the middle of it can anyone suggest what i can do? I was thinking of layering it like a strawberry plant to try and get the roots to grow strong enough to plant seperately. Please Help x
