Talk about going all out into a new genus! You're not insane...yet. I would love to be able to make such a bold move, but as much as I love Dens, the feeling doesn't seem to be mutual.

Well I certainly hope the feeling is mutual with the Dends I ordered.
Yesterday I recieved my D. Illusion which I mounted into my orchidarium.
Today I recieved my order from Hausermanns, I got D. laevifolium a cross between two forms; D. laevifolium 'Red' x D. laevifolium var. aurem
and I got D. unicum, it came with flower buds!!

I would love to have a Den laevifolium, it's so darn cute in full bloom, but so darn expensive here. I'd also like a Den aberrans, unicum, peguanum, harveyanum. All small Dens.

My Den. lamyaiae appears to be getting possible flower buds. I will send photos if and when it blooms.

So I got my order from Incredible Orchids on ebay. The USPS messed up the order and lost it, but Incredible Orchids was good enough to send a second batch right away. What a great seller. The orchids are all so good looking, I can't wait to see them grow and flower. I put D. bracteosum and D. lawesii in my terrarium, D. bullenianum and D. anosmum I potted up and put them under some grow lights.

They have Den violaceum for sale on ebay.
It would be perfect for your terrarium! I'm an enabler. Buy it, Buy it!
