This plant stays in bloom like this for *months*, it's pretty great. Sadly, mine got a bit over-watered last year and has suffered for it, but it seems to be coming back.

They certainly do bloom for a long time. A fellow grower at my local society has had his benched at the last 3 monthly meetings and it doesn't look ready to quit yet! You wouldn't expect such papery looking flowers to last such a long time.
