hehe - yeah, I'm a reluctant divider, but this one is gonna need to be done - I love how it looks now, but the pot is slightly over the edge of the sill so I can fit it there, especially now with blooms all over it.

This is a terrific little plant, I got one about 6 months ago and it's doubled in size (but is still diminutive) and is nearly constantly in bloom. Growing very happily in a south-east facing window in San Francisco. I spritz it with water every morning, haven't re-potted it yet - It's in what looks like granite chips and perlite. Super hardy, cute, grows like a weed, and blooms off the old canes. What more could you want in a plant?

I can see that I'll need to divide mine in a few years as well, if I want to keep it as a little one.

yeah - mine was pretty small when I got it, and it's only taken 3 years to get to the size it is now - it really is an awesome little plant

At a first glance, I thought I was looking at Coelogyne of some kind.
