Default Dendrobium speciosum var. grandiflorum

This one's easy to grow and bloom, producing highly fragrant flowers in the late winter months. As the varietal name implies, the blooms are large (about three times the size of the flowers on my pedunculatum).

The flowers had much superior presentation before I stupidly decided to take photos after placing the plant outdoors to take advantage of our unseasonably warm weather. The wind kind of wreaked havoc with their orientation. Still, this gives a decent idea of the mass appeal of the blooms.

Yes, very fragrant. A strong honey-like scent, especially on sunny days.
