Beautiful! Interesting that the blooms are a lighter pink this time (which I think I prefer), unless it's simply due to the lighting of the photo?

Bud, that is really exceptional. I just love everything about it! Congratulations on finding it!
I know that feeling about being desperate to find a certain orchid. It has happened a few times. :|

Thank You, Camille!!!!
-its the direct sunlight that made the color change and I am using a digital camera=the old one was taken by iPhone on a tree trunk....but if you also notice the lip had apparent spotting whereas before it was not noticeable.

I love this one. Mine grows in the greenhouse with my kingianum (cool/dry winter) but I understand they can be grown in the house because they have Den Phal types in the parentage. Such a great orchid, so pretty!

I have read a post of one of our members from California who was able to buy one of these orchid plants in Ikea....a growers sell this on Ebay....its a plant and fruit trees seller and sometimes put a couple of orchids on the listings....or you can do a search online and you might find it.
