Default Dendrobium Warawan

This dendrobium was brought home in August last year. It looked like this at the time. I neglected it as far as light and watering is concerned.

No new growth, but it amazes me how long the flowers last! six months and still counting...

I had to touch them again and again to make sure they are real, not plastic. hahaha

not a single leaf dropped either after not watering for a month! what a tough plant!

Very pretty! How tall is this one? Looks pretty tall even without the inflorescences.

The cane portion stands about 40cm without accounting for the root and flower spike.
That's less than 20inches, so not that tall for this type of dendrobium.

I wonder how big they will get once I move to a sunnier apartment. will keep you guys posted.

Default new start...

Six months of flowering had come to an end in February. after a short rest, now they (two same plants in one pot) are growing one new shoot each.

It's been about one month since those little "eyes" began to swell up. now they are about three inches tall. looking healthy!

I am too lazy to repot these. I think I will repot these next spring.
