Tis the season for the den nobile!
I found this store where they have tons of these.
I got Red Emperor Prince last week and I picked up two more yesterday. One is in bud on four canes but have no idea about the name.

The white one with the lavendar edge is Love Memory, my favorite dendrobium along with Oriental Smile fantasy.

I have a large specimen that are still in winter rest but I just wanted to have some in bloom in the house, so I got this one. Such a cheery color and wonderful sweet fragrance!

I wish I could post the scent as well. Wouldn't that be nice?

Anyway, I love them so much that I am thinking of getting a bunch of them and put them all over in the house. but then it would be very hard to let them go after flowers are gone. As much as I love to keep them all year around, I just don't have enough space to grow them all. Maybe I just have to get use to just enjoy the blooms of easily obtainable orchids. lol

spectacular blooms ! and theres lots of buds on the other plant...I just love those white magnificent clusters...

Bud-The one with lots of buds just began to open up today and it looks just like the one on its right in the last picture. Love Memory! yay!
and that one has flowers on one cane. The one with lots more buds has three canes loaded with buds, so by the time all the buds are open on three canes, it will be quite something!

Josh- If you would like me to ship some of my nobile with flowers gone, then I can. Let me know.

I love the nobile type of Dendrobium, lots of show for not a lot of work. Just wish they weren't so darn big!

Gorgeous! I have a hybrid of this type but so far have only had 2 flowers when it re blooms. I keep it on the cool side with no food and little water during the winter. Any tips?
