Default New shoots growing

I have 4 unnamed dend's and are growing new healthy green shoots.

As I am new to growing these is this a sign of new flower blooms about to grow?

Those are healthy new growths ! Spikes will come out where the leaf joins the stem (the leaf axil) after the new growths have matured, usually. You might see them on the old growths.

The last pix looks like an Oncidium of some kind. Those are also new growths. You can see the nub of an old spike in the axil of the bottom mature leaf.
