Whoot Whoot dendrobium aggregatum spiking
lol another one that is supposed to need dry winter rest which I have not got the space to provide dry rest so it sits in amongst the catts .....lol surprised me today with a few spikes peeking up.

Hi John,
It's confused! They usually bloom in late April early May. Did you give it a cold snap? Post photos when it blooms. The blooms last about 7 days.

LOL and thats ok, Den Parrishii has 150 nodes with 2 or 3 buds each and more still developing so watch out its a winter wonderland this year

Den Aggregatum spiking --
Ok, I had a cooling trend and for the 2nd year mine spiked, than blasted...Arhg! But that was early October. So the cool dip triggers spike, but how do you treat the plant while it's forming the little spikes?

actually I did nothing ...its in the chid room and lol this year not thermometers ....just turn heat up if I feel it needs a bit ....water usualy every day with a compression sprayer but depends on temps humidity ect .....mainy this year Im just flying by the seat of my pants and not ocding like last year ....lol working good so far
