You're funny. Sometimes following instincts gets me farther than "rules" with orchids. Just got to watch closely.
I usually keep my GH at 57 - 60• as a low, but had turned off the heater in our summer. But bay fog in SF is the stuff of legends...and post cards. I think we just had a couple of fluctuations that confused that plants. Next yr will leave heater on in summer with thermostat for the pacific fog blasts.

Well I do have a Den. Hilda Poxon with 2 nice spikes.
Should open in the next week. Also have some 150+ cyms.
