Whats the grace that it differentiates with?

Ron, do you ever get either of these species to open up and flatten out?

Thanks for looking, Evan, and I agree with you. The growths are more graceful and the color of these flowers so unlike the reds and oranges of cuthbertsonii.

I was just wondering if you had any cultural practices that assist in it. Seeing some of the awarded ones from Golden Gate Orchids makes me wonder if Im doing something wrong or its just its an awardable clone that happens to flatten out more.

I grow it under the highest light I can give it, just inches from the HO bulbs I use. Other than that, I really can't suggest anything, though I think cooler temps do help the flowers develop better.
