I just saw that my Dendrobium pierardii is shooting out keikis off of a already flowered stem. I was wondering if you guys have seen this. If you have should I leave them on and let them go or should I cut them off and replant?? I need your help if you could. Thank You.
as a bonus I threw in a pic of my oncidium's friend (cuban tree frog)
thanks again
Stefan

I'd leave the little guy on there till the roots are longer and better formed. I have always cut mine when they got around 2 inches or more.
The longer the roots have been the better chance the orchid had at living I found. I have cut sooner but they often die
Cute frog btw..I like his eyes
On this orchid, I believe you have your choice. To leave them on permanently, if they are not far out on the stem, and enlarge your plant, or wait till they have a developed root system, and start the keikis in their own pot, or mount.
