That is a unique formation of blooms...it doesnt have the characteristics of an orchid bloom. When looking at the plant, one realize that it is an orchid.

Almost the whole Oxyglossum section of Dendrobium has flowers like this, very flat and fan-like, with unusual colors.

Really nice. I like the way the two flowers sit back to back. Is that normal, or just how these two have formed?

Once again a great picture of a beautiful plant. It looks very healthy, these are not the easiest orchids to grow. Thanks for posting.

On all of them that have flowers like this they usually come in twos and do sit back-to-back. They have some really awesome colors, too.
