Then you don't have to worry about a fragrance !!!

Do you get Pine-Sol there ? It's what P. amboinensis smelled like and I sold it at the next available time after it polluted my house !!! Gorgeous blooms !

Cute pic I used to have one, which is why I'm looking to get another one. Mine was gigantic and loved putting out 2-3 spikes at a time. Sadly back when I had a severe mealy infesation a bit less than 3 years ago this is one that suffered very much. Afterwards it had bad root rot from being over watered by an orchidsitter friend while I was on vacation. That was too much for it, and it never recovered, and seems incapable of recovering. It sits there all sad and pathetic looking, not growing at all and looking in very rough shape. I can't bring myself trash it, but miss the flowers

I've done a few like that, I'm sure we all have at one time or another. I have a P. mannii that's been hanging on for quite a while now in about the same shape and a cornu-cervi that I finally stuck in a s/h pot and told it to do or die ! Partly because new root buds were too high away from the media and when I unpotted it to check I found that they were THE only ones !
