It doesn't appear that there are any Dendrobiums registered as Pegasus anything ... might be a trade name ... The photos I see when doing an image search look like Den-Phals (no winter rest) - a photo is helpful

A trade name would be an unregistered name given/used by a commercial grower to a hybrid of their making
