Dendrobium toressae
This was sold to me as Dendrobiun lichenastrum, but I believe that Davejonesia prenticei is the new name. In any case it's a great plant: takes up very little space and is easy to grow. The actual size of the image is about 1 square inch.

Very cute! However, and I could be wrong here, I don't believe either of those names is correct. Neither the flower nor the foliage matches what I know of those chids.

actually your plant is Dendrobium toressae.
the genus Davejonesia has never been widely accepted, and every species in the genus is considered a variety of Dendrobium lichenastrum.

Thanks for the clarification. I wish I could change the title of this thread, but I can't seem to do it.
